Terms of use
Version 1 · Updated 22 October 2026
A few ground rules for using our website and customer pages.
1. Using the website
These terms cover the ReviewFount public website, invitation pages and related online content. Business accounts are also subject to our terms of service and their agreed order. ReviewFount is a service of CALENDAR CUT SOFTWARE, operated by Pardeep Dhaliwal, an Australian sole trader (ABN 14 749 474 221).
You may browse the website and use its forms for their intended purpose. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse invitation links, scrape private information or submit unlawful or misleading material.
2. Enquiries and website information
Submitting an enquiry authorises us to respond about your request. It does not create a paid subscription or give permission for unrelated marketing. An optional marketing choice is separate.
We take reasonable care with website information, but it is general information and may change. A written quote confirms the service you are buying. Nothing on this website promises a particular Google ranking, review count, revenue or business outcome.
3. Customer invitation pages
A review invitation is intended for the customer who received it. You can choose a thumbs up or thumbs down, or leave without responding. A thumbs up leads to the business’s Google review page after a short countdown, which you can cancel. A thumbs down opens a private feedback form. Your first submitted response is recorded and cannot be changed.
Private feedback is sent to the relevant business through ReviewFount. It is not posted publicly or submitted as a Google review. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive information in your feedback.
Opening a link does not count as submitting feedback or confirming an unsubscribe. Those choices require an explicit action. A Google link takes you to a service governed by Google’s own terms and policies.
4. Content and intellectual property
The ReviewFount brand, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site normally, but must not copy or present its branding or content as your own without permission.
You keep your rights in feedback and material you submit. You grant the limited permission needed to deliver it to the relevant business and operate, support and secure the service. You are responsible for submitting material you have the right to provide.
5. Links and external services
Links to Google, Facebook or other external services are provided for convenience. We do not control those services or their content, availability or data practices. Review their own policies before providing information.
ReviewFount is independent of Google and other referenced platforms. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. A reference or link does not imply endorsement or partnership.
6. Privacy and cookies
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. We currently use essential cookies and browser storage for security, sessions and preferences. No marketing cookies are currently used. Cookie preferences can be reopened from the footer.
If you receive an unwanted ReviewFount invitation, use its unsubscribe action or contact [email protected]. Do not share the private invitation publicly.
7. Rights, availability and contact
Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. We may update website content, suspend access for misuse or carry out maintenance. We cannot promise the website will always be error-free or available.
For questions about these terms, accessibility, privacy or misuse, email [email protected]. These terms are subject to applicable Australian law and mandatory rights.
