Do I need a new booking or point-of-sale system?
No. ReviewFount works alongside your existing tools. You can add customers manually or import a CSV, with permission to contact them recorded separately.
Is there a guarantee we’ll get more reviews?
Yes, we have a guarantee offer. Ask us about it.
How do I hear about an unhappy customer?
Customers start with a thumbs up or thumbs down. A thumbs down opens a private feedback form, so you can understand the concern and follow up if they give permission. A thumbs up leads to your Google review page.
Can you connect to the software I already use?
Yes. We set up custom integrations where your platform’s API can provide the customer’s name, email, phone number and completed-job status. We agree on the trigger and timing with you. See custom integrations.
Is ReviewFount part of Google?
No. ReviewFount is an independent service. You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile and approve the work done on it.
Does a purchase count as permission to send messages?
Not automatically. You need an appropriate basis and the provider’s required permission. We record consent and honour opt-outs before messages are queued.
Is SMS included in the monthly price?
Yes. SMS review requests and follow-ups are included in your subscription, alongside email requests.
