# ReviewFount

> ReviewFount helps Australian workshops, trades and local businesses organise review requests by SMS and email, manage private feedback and arrange agreed Google Profile Optimization work.

ReviewFount is an independent service, not part of Google. Businesses can enter customers manually or import a CSV; contact permission and opt-outs are handled separately. Custom software connections are assessed and agreed before setup, not presented as ready-made integrations. Profile changes and business replies require the business owner's approval. A review-link click is not proof of a published review. The website invites businesses to ask about its guarantee offer; no numeric target is published.
